Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
On the occasion of the Feast of the Assumption, Holy Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, August 15, at the Church of the Assumption in Büyükada at 11:00 AM, at St. Paul Church in Büyükdere at 11:00 AM, and at St. Leon Church in Kadıköy at 11:30 AM. Following the Mass, grapes will be blessed and distributed to the people. For the Day of Remembrance of the Dead (Or Merelots), Holy Mass and a memorial service (Hokehankisd) for all our deceased will be held at the Armenian Catholic Cemetery in Şişli on Monday, August 16, at 11:00 AM.
